Born in Guyana, educated in Canada, and having built my career across North America, I bring a global lens to the work. As a proud member of the AAPI community, my perspective has been shaped by diverse cultures, markets, and leadership environments. Competing internationally in sport at an early age instilled discipline and performance under pressure — traits that continue to define how I operate.

Over more than 30 years, I’ve applied that approach across founder-led startups and global corporations alike, building brands from concept to national scale and leading inside large, complex organizations. I’ve held senior roles across sales, marketing, e-commerce, operations, supply chain, media, and communications, allowing me to see businesses as systems rather than silos.

Today, I partner with founders, executives, boards, and principals who want decisions made and work delivered. I stay close to the details, bring in experienced specialists when they add value, and take responsibility for outcomes.
